A special developed processing method enables us to galvanize 2- and 3-component plastics. This offers our customers inter alia the chance to reduce installation costs.

We will advise you which plastics are particularly suitable for you to achieve optimal refining results.

More and more, 2K is desired in both optical and technical applications. Thus, for example, the component to be refined can consist of ABS or ABS/PC, and the area which is not galvanized can be composed of, for example, a special polycarbonate.

Of course, this process takes place in serial production.

We also refine 3K-plastics for you. Two components remain untreated and the third component is refined.

2K Components:

• ABS combined with PC
• ABS/PC combined with PC
• PC/ABS combined with PC

3K Components:

• ABS combined with PC and TPE
• ABS/PC combined with PC and TPE
• PC/ABS combined with PC and TPE

We refine further advanced plastics.
